Data analysis techniques in This research has two stages, namely the first stage of analysis before the field in the form of preliminary observations and interviews, the second stage is analysis while in the field which contains three stages, namely data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. Data collection using methods of observation, interviews, and documentation.
This research is a field research with using a qualitative descriptive approach. (3) Knowing the factors supporters and obstacles in improving the performance of administrative personnel school.
(2) Knowing energy effort school administration in improving its performance. The research objectives are (1) To find out the efforts of the head of administration in improve the performance of school administration staff.
